2. Summary

Zombie Jumper does not require an account and does not create a user profile. You can play without registering, without providing an email address, and without giving us any personal information.

Your game progress and your accessibility and display preferences are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers and we cannot access them.

The only data that leaves your device is what is needed to show advertising, which supports the free version of the game, and what your device or app store sends automatically. This is described below.

3. What data is processed

3.1. Stored on your device only

The following data is kept on your device and never transmitted to us:

Game progress, levels completed, and scores.

Accessibility and display preferences, including visual intensity settings, colour options, text size, and audio volumes.

Your advertising consent choice, so we do not ask you again unnecessarily.

If you uninstall the game, this data is deleted with it.

3.2. Processed for advertising

Zombie Jumper is supported by non-personalized advertising served through Google AdMob. Advertising is what allows us to offer the game free of charge and cannot be removed from the game. Some ads are optional and rewarded: watching them grants additional playing time. If you choose not to watch them, you can continue playing within the limits described in the game.

To deliver these ads, Google may process:

Your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Android Advertising ID on Android), used in a limited way for fraud prevention and frequency capping.

Device model, operating system version, and general device settings.

Approximate location derived from your IP address, at country level.

Basic information about the ads shown, such as impressions and clicks.

Personalized advertising is not used in Zombie Jumper. Google acts as an independent controller for the advertising data it processes, under its own privacy policy.

3.3. Data we do NOT collect

We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, or any contact details.

We do not create user accounts or user profiles.

We do not collect biometric data.

We do not collect precise location data.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, or files outside the game.

We do not use analytics or diagnostic services that identify you personally.

We do not collect information about your neurodivergent profile, diagnosis, or health condition. Accessibility settings are stored on your device as preferences and are not transmitted, interpreted, inferred, or analyzed as health data.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Why this data is processed

To run the game and remember your progress and preferences between sessions.

To display non-personalized advertising, which funds the free version of the game.

To prevent advertising fraud and limit how often the same ad is shown to you.

To comply with legal obligations applicable to us.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the game and store your progress and settings on your device.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for the use of advertising identifiers, where consent is required under EU and UK ePrivacy rules.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): to prevent advertising fraud, balanced against your rights and freedoms.

Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to comply with laws and regulations applicable to us.

6. Advertising and consent

Zombie Jumper shows only non-personalized advertising. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not build a profile of you for advertising purposes.

Advertising funds the free game and cannot be switched off. Some ads are rewarded: watching them is always your choice, and doing so grants additional playing time. Declining a rewarded ad never blocks access to the game.

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent to the use of advertising identifiers before any ad is shown. Your answer does not affect how much you can play. If you decline, non-personalized ads may still be shown without those identifiers.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the consent tool in the game settings, and you can reset your advertising identifier or disable advertising tracking entirely from your device system settings. On iOS, if you have enabled cross-app tracking, the ATT prompt is not shown.

7. Children and minors

The Game carries an age rating in each app store; please check the rating shown on the store listing before allowing a child to play.

Because the Game does not create accounts and does not collect personal information directly, we do not knowingly hold personal data belonging to children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you have questions about the data processed by the Game, please contact us at privacy@mindycore.com.

Parental controls in the operating system (Apple Screen Time, Google Family Link, or equivalent) may also be used to manage advertising and content settings.

8. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. The following third parties are involved in the operation of the game:

Google AdMob: non-personalized advertising. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC.

Apple App Store: distribution of the game. Apple Inc.

Google Play: distribution of the game. Google LLC.

Apple and Google also process data related to your download and use of the app under their own privacy policies, as the operators of their respective platforms. We receive from them only aggregated, anonymized statistics about installs and usage.

We may disclose data when required by law, a court order, or a binding request from a competent authority, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.

9. International data transfers

Because we do not operate servers that store your data, MindyCore does not itself transfer your personal data internationally.

Google may process advertising data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as described in its own privacy documentation.

10. Retention

Data stored on your device: retained until you delete it in the game or uninstall the app.

Advertising data: retained by Google according to its own retention policies. We do not control or hold this data.

Crash reports, once that feature is active: retained for up to 90 days.

Aggregated, anonymized install and usage statistics from the app stores: retained by us for as long as they remain useful for planning, and cannot be linked back to you.

11. Your rights

Under the EU GDPR and similar laws, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Because Zombie Jumper does not collect information that identifies you, we are generally unable to locate any personal data relating to you in response to a request. In practice:

To delete the data stored on your device, use the reset option in the game settings or uninstall the app.

To withdraw your advertising consent, use the privacy options in the game settings.

To exercise rights over advertising data held by Google, contact Google directly, as it acts as an independent controller for that data.

If you believe we hold personal data about you, or if you have any question about this Policy, contact us at privacy@mindycore.com. We respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, particularly in the EU Member State of your habitual residence.

12. US residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a resident of California, USA, you have the right to know what categories of personal information have been collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@mindycore.com. Similar rights may apply in other US states with comparable laws, and we honor them on request.

13. Security

Because game data stays on your device, its security depends primarily on the security of your device itself. We recommend keeping your operating system up to date and using a screen lock.

Communications between the game and advertising services use encryption in transit (TLS).

In the unlikely event of a personal data breach affecting your rights, we will notify the competent data protection authority within 72 hours and, where required by law, affected users without undue delay.

14. Device storage and similar technologies

Zombie Jumper is a mobile app and does not use cookies. It uses local device storage to remember your game progress, accessibility settings, and advertising consent choice, and it may access your device advertising identifier as described in Section 3.2. When push notifications are enabled in a future version, a device notification token will also be stored.

15. Automated decision-making

Zombie Jumper does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features to the game. Significant changes will be announced through the game and on mindycore.com at least 30 days in advance, where reasonably possible. The version date at the top of this Policy will be updated to reflect each change.

If a future version of the game introduces accounts, cloud saves, or subscriptions, this Policy will be updated before those features are released.
